GYSPOT Expert 200

  • Dedicated to the bodybuilder's various dent removal and straightening operations, the GYSPOT EXPERT 200 is a top-of-the-range device with a power rating of up to 5,100 A. Independent adjustment of welding current and time enables precise control of the impact of the weld on zinc-coated sheet metal, particularly thin sheet metal.

    The GYSPOT EXPERT is designed for a 200-240 V, 30 A delayed fuse power supply and offers two operating modes:
    - A MANUAL operating mode allowing the welding current and time to be adjusted independently to suit the bodybuilder's exact requirements.
    - A SYNERGIC mode recommending settings based on GYS expertise.

    For ease of use, it also offers two ignition systems:
    - automatic priming: by simple contact between the tool and the part to be straightened.
    - manual priming: by pressing a trigger when the tool is in contact with the workpiece.

Arc Pull 350

  • The GYSPOT ARCPULL 350 is an arc-draw station specially developed for bodywork. It can weld steel and aluminium studs up to 8 mm in diameter. It is suitable for dent removal from sheet metal, with the installation of pull rings and rivet extraction rods. Its intuitive interface, polarity detection, synergies, motorised gun and single-phase 230 V AC operation make it easy to weld attachments.

    - Its digital interface allows you to navigate between two welding modes intuitively and functionally:
    - Synergy mode with pre-set settings for quick and easy use.
